01.01My Journey to Here

Like many coaches, I came to this work from a different background. For more than two decades, I worked in strategy consulting and corporate advisory in London and Dublin. While I loved this work, I came to realise what energised me most was working with people — understanding what drives them, what challenges them, and what helps them succeed.

That realisation sparked a defining question: What do I really want to do? Answering it honestly set me on a new path. It gave me the clarity to shift my focus from advisory to coaching. I trained and qualified as an Executive Coach and became Head of Coaching at EisnerAmper - work I found deeply rewarding.

When I made the decision to focus on coaching full-time, I wanted to build something bespoke and discreet, grounded in trust and integrity. Today, I'm privileged to partner with executives and entrepreneurs seeking success and fulfilment in work and life.

& Coaching Expertise

My coaching is grounded in real-world leadership experience – as an Advisory Partner and Head of Coaching at EisnerAmper where I was also part of the leadership team responsible for strategy and marketing. I also draw on my experience with a Big 4 firm in London advising corporate and private equity clients on strategy and due diligence.

This experience combined with extensive coaching qualifications helps me understand the challenges leaders face. Having worked at senior levels and trained extensively as a coach, I bring commercial insight and human understanding to my work. This blend allows me to support clients across both the professional and personal dimensions of their work and life.

01.03Commitment To Learning

Like many of my clients, I believe in lifelong growth and learning - both professionally and personally. My formal training includes executive and team coaching qualifications from leading institutions including Henley Business School and the Academy of Executive Coaching. I'm a licenced practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

I’ve deepened my practice through qualifications and trainings in emotional awareness and resilience, mindfulness, leadership embodiment, and mind–body integration. I’ve worked with, and learnt from, some of the most respected coaches, psychologists, and well-being experts in their fields. I hold undergraduate and post-graduate degrees from University College Dublin and Smurfit Business School.
